NP Rescue CD Download Link  (Only Under guidance of System Admin Or Hardware Engineer) Unzip, extract ISO and Burn to CD Boot from CD and select 3rd Option Win32.Solve Cleaner

If PC or Windows XP is not starting

Try : Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Try : Last Known Good Configuration

Then Boot from :
MiniXP – Boot CD  or  Hiren Boot CD
or

Windows XP Recovery Console
or

Net Protector Rescue CD

Solution 1.

type the command below

c:

cd\windows\system32

ren ntoskrnl.exe.dc ntoskrnl.exe

Replace gdi32.dll
in
c:\windows\system32

Restart PC and check

if not solved with above then Solution 2.

In NP Rescue CD Menu

Restore OS Files > Select All Files > Restore

Also try to delete c:\windows\system32\nplogon.dll

If file is present

Solution 3.

Connect Hard Disk to other PC

Type the commands for solution 1 but in the Secondary Drive (e.g. g: or h:)

Solution 4. : Try to repair XP with Windows XP CD

Solution 5: Install Windows XP in D: or E: Drive. Do not format any drives. 
Leave Partition as it is

Note : Customer All Data is Safe in all above options
