Fix Manage "File does not have a program associated with it

To Fix Using a REG File Download

Error:

When you right click on the Computer button in the Start Menu and click on Manage, you get this error: 

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.

1. Click on the Download button below to download the file below.

2. Save the .reg file to the desktop.

3. Right click the downloaded .reg file on the Desktop and click on Merge.

4. Click on Run, Yes (UAC), Yes, and OK when prompted.

5. When done, you can delete the downloaded .reg file if you would like to.
